Product Overview

One slim structure, two active display faces

DualView integrates two active LED faces in one 47 mm structure for long-term indoor fixed installation. Each face can run synchronized or independent content without the depth and duplicated support structure of two back-to-back screens.

Model selection should follow the active display dimensions, nearest viewing distance, ambient light, native resolution, cabinet map, maintenance access and support method.

Final cabinet mapping, control-system capacity and structural details are project-specific. Confirm the approved project datasheet and drawings before production.

Service & Calibration

Front-service maintenance with calibration recovery

Modules are removed from the viewing face, avoiding a conventional rear service corridor. The hard-connected HUB architecture simplifies internal power and data distribution, while the optional intelligent module stores calibration data for faster replacement and more consistent brightness and color.

Confirm access to both faces, controller compatibility, spare-module preparation and calibration-file management during commissioning.

Suspended or Floor-Supported Installation

DualView supports suspended and floor-supported structures. Suspended systems can reach up to 10 m when the specified SUS304 fasteners and an approved support design are used.

Secondary module retention

Each module includes a steel safety rope rated for up to 15 kg tensile force. It is secondary retention only and does not replace the primary support structure or certified rigging hardware.

01How do I choose the right pixel pitch for a double-sided indoor LED display?

Choose pixel pitch from the closest regular viewing distance, active dimensions, content detail and target resolution. DV1.5 is the natural starting point for the closest viewing, followed by DV1.9, DV2.6, DV2.97 / DV3.12 and DV3.91 as viewing distance increases. Final selection should also consider ambient light and total project budget.

02Can a double-sided LED display show different content on each side?

Yes. DualView can run synchronized content on both faces or independent content on each face when the controller capacity, receiving-card routing and signal topology are configured for that workflow. Define the source resolution, playlist schedule, frame rate and any backup-signal requirement before production.

03How much does a double-sided indoor LED display cost?

There is no reliable single price because total project cost changes with pixel pitch, total display area, cabinet map, control system, support structure, suspension hardware, power distribution, installation, freight and technical support. For an accurate DualView quotation, provide both-face dimensions, viewing distance, installation method, project country and content-control requirements.

04How is a 47 mm double-sided LED display maintained without a rear service corridor?

DualView uses front-service access from both viewing faces, so modules can be removed without a conventional rear service corridor. The hard-connected HUB architecture simplifies internal distribution, while optional intelligent modules can retain calibration data. The site must still provide safe technician access to both faces and adequate service-tool clearance.

05Can a double-sided LED display be suspended in a shopping mall or airport?

Yes. DualView supports suspended and floor-supported installations. The supplied product material allows suspended structures up to 10 m when the specified fasteners, approved support points and project-specific structural design are used. Final dead load, rigging hardware, seismic requirements, safety factors and venue rules must be approved by the responsible engineer.

06Can an IP30 double-sided LED display be installed outdoors?

No. The standard DualView configuration is an indoor product rated IP30 front and rear. It should not be directly exposed to rain, condensation, wind-driven dust or outdoor environmental conditions. Use an outdoor-rated product when the installation is exposed to weather or uncontrolled moisture.
